Alert personnel can spot suspicious activity and report it. Our ERT program helps houses of worship create a safe, welcoming place of worship by training volunteers in awareness, de-escalation, first aid, and emergency response. We guide pastors and leaders in building structured teams, from ushers to medical and, if approved, armed responders. The goal is simple: strengthen preparedness while preserving the mission and hospitality of the church.

St. Michael’s Academy offers a House of Worship Security Assessment designed to help organizations evaluate the physical safety and preparedness of their facilities. The assessment reviews key areas such as building access, children’s ministry areas, sanctuary layout, administrative spaces, life safety systems, and overall property design.

The goal is to help identify strengths, uncover potential vulnerabilities, and develop a practical roadmap for improving safety over time.
