At St. Michael’s Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and a reliable learning experience. Because each course requires advance planning, instructor scheduling, and facility arrangements, we maintain the following refund and credit policy:
No Refunds for Student Cancellations
Once registration and payment are complete, course fees are non-refundable.
If a student cannot attend a course, the payment will be applied as a credit toward a future course of equal or lesser value.
Credits must be used within 12 months of the originally scheduled course date.
Refunds for Academy Cancellations
If St. Michael’s Academy must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, facility closure, extreme weather), students will be offered either:
A full refund of the course fee, or
A full credit toward a future course.
Transfers & Substitutions
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another available course date or designate another individual to attend in their place, subject to Academy approval.
No-Show Policy
Students who fail to attend without prior notice forfeit their course fee and are not eligible for a credit.
By registering for a course, students acknowledge and agree to this policy.
