Refund Policy

At St. Michael’s Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and a reliable learning experience. Because each course requires advance planning, instructor scheduling, and facility arrangements, we maintain the following refund and credit policy:

1. No Refunds for Student Cancellations

   • Once registration and payment are complete, course fees are non-refundable.

   • If a student cannot attend a course, the payment will be applied as a credit toward a future course of equal or lesser value.

   • Credits must be used within 12 months of the originally scheduled course date.

2. Refunds for Academy Cancellations

   • If St. Michael’s Academy must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, facility closure, extreme weather), students will be offered either:

     • A full refund of the course fee, or

     • A full credit toward a future course.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

   • Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another available course date or designate another individual to attend in their place, subject to Academy approval.

4. No-Show Policy

   • Students who fail to attend without prior notice forfeit their course fee and are not eligible for a credit.

By registering for a course, students acknowledge and agree to this policy.
