This course provides an in-depth look at Pennsylvania’s laws on self-defense, defense of others, and defense of property under Title 18. Students will learn how the Castle Doctrine, Stand Your Ground, and reasonable belief standards apply in real-world scenarios, while examining both criminal and civil consequences. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to make informed and legally sound decisions in high-stress situations. This course typically runs between 3-4 hours.
